For the fifth consecutive year, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate (formerly Prudential Preferred Real Estate) had the highest sales volume of any real estate company in Lee County, completing $126,708,569 in sales transactions - $40,004,299 more than the next closest competitor. Their selling price also averaged $24,367 higher than the next closest volume competitor.
