We're excited to announce that construction on the state-of-the-art clubhouse at The Legacy at Cary Creek is coming along very well. The clubhouse will be the hub for activities at The Legacy and is only the beginning of a long list of amenities for active adults to enjoy. The clubhouse at this one-of-a-kind community will have a large space for social gatherings that will include ballroom dancing, special tailgate parties, group dinners, games and more. This unique clubhouse will also feature an exclusive demonstration kitchen, where residents will enjoy cooking classes taught by local chefs. The 3,500 square foot clubhouse will also feature a fitness center and a sitting porch that wraps around the building.
