Recently, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate's Commercial Division in Auburn celebrated their sixth consecutive year of top sales performance with an awards banquet and social at the East Lake clubhouse. Agents, employees, spouses and guests were treated to an elegant dinner and great time of fellowship to recognize their hard work, dedication and company growth in 2015. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate had the highest volume for real estate sales in Auburn, Opelika and Lee County again in 2015 with $176,906,724 in total sales volume. They were also named “Best Realty Company” by readers of the Opelika-Auburn News. Their award-winning agents achieved these impressive goals while also managing a complete re-branding to the well-known Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate name.

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Circle Gold Award recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $280,000 residential or commercial GCI or 70 residential units in 2015. Honored with the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award at this year’s banquet were Soohyun Baik, Ryan Roberts and Debbie Whitley.

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $750,000 total GCI or 150 residential units in 2015. This year’s Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award went to Ryan Edwards and Annie Williams. Ryan and Annie were also recognized with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Top 100 Award. Their team was ranked 78th for high volume real estate sales in the entire country.
