Prudential Preferred Real Estate Celebrates Fourth Straight Year at #1

Recently, Prudential Preferred Real Estate and Prudential Commercial Real Estate in Auburn celebrated their fourth consecutive year of top sales performance with an awards banquet and social at the the Auburn University Club. Agents, employees, spouses and guests were treated to an elegant dinner and great time of fellowship to recognize their hard work, dedication and company growth in 2013. Prudential Preferred Real Estate had the highest volume for real estate sales in Auburn, Opelika and Lee County again in 2013 with $89,954,248 in total sales volume. Prudential was also named “Best Realty Company” by readers of the Opelika-Auburn News and received three J.D. Power & Associates awards for customer satisfaction.
Numerous awards were presented by owner, Stacy Williams Jordan, including The Prudential Honor Society, which recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $75,000 residential or commercial Gross Commission Income (GCI) or 25 residential units in 2013. Honor Society members for 2013 were Sallie Deen, Jay Knorr and Don Wilbanks.
The Prudential Leading Edge Society recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $120,000 residential or commercial GCI or 35 residential units in 2013. Inducted into the Leading Edge Society for 2013 were Soohyun Baik, Ryan Roberts, Debbie Whitley and Diane Wilbanks.
The Prudential Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $500,000 residential or commercial GCI or 100 residential units in 2013. Honored with the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award at this year’s banquet was The Ryan Edwards and Annie Williams Team.
