Biography and Background

I graduated from college with a degree in Dental Hygiene and practiced this profession for 32 years. Eventually the opportunity arose for me to purchase part of a dental practice in LaGrange, Georgia, where I lived. During my ownership from 2008-2017, I ran the day to day activities of the dental office as well as managing the employees, payroll, accounting, marketing etc...Although dentistry was my job, which I loved, I have always been passionate about homes, décor and the housing market. My husband and I flipped houses for several years, bought and managed our own rental properties, and did some property investing. We enjoyed it so much, my husband eventually stepped down from his job as a chemist to become a full time builder and real estate agent. Well, my dream came true, I could live vicariously through my husband in the real estate world! Ha! He did the building and I was able to do some design and staging. I love it! In 2014, due to health issues my husband retired. My passion for houses was still there, but we were out of the real estate market.

I retired from dentistry in 2017 and we moved to Lake Martin to be closer to two of our children in Auburn. While I have loved retirement, traveling, spending time with our grandchildren, I have missed the housing market. It was time to start a second career, and get my real estate license.

I am very excited to be a part of the best Real Estate Firm (team) in Lee County, Berkshire Hathaway! There was never a question in my mind where I wanted to place my license, if possible. My son, Brandon Kohn, is also a real estate salesperson with BHHS and he has always raved about the amazing team here. I am very much looking forward to growing relationships with each of you in the future.

I grew up in the small town of Lucedale, Mississippi. After graduating college, I married and moved to Mobile, Alabama where I lived for eleven years before moving to LaGrange Georgia in 1996. My husband, Jon Williamson, and I have been married for 24 years.

We have four children, three sons (three beautiful daughter in laws) and one daughter. We have also been very blessed with five amazing grandchildren.

We are members of Cornerstone Church in Auburn, where we love serving.

Our future plans include moving to Auburn in August 2020.
