It was another BIG year for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate. BHHS notched their 13th consecutive year of top-ranked sales performance in 2022 and it was time to celebrate!
Agents and staff gathered recently to recognize some of the most accomplished REALTORS in Auburn-Opelika, many of whom were recognized for their performance throughout the Southeast and the United States. Here is a quick recap of the awards for 2022.

As the Official Real Estate Partner of the Auburn Tigers, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate was proud to present the final home game of the Men's Basketball season. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate continues to support Coach Bruce Pearl's AUTLIVE initiative to support local families managing cancer treatment. Prior to the post-season, Berkshire Hathaway donated $25 for every 3-pointer the Tigers made, with the current total at $5,200.

The annual BHHS Thanksgiving Luncheon was held recently at the home of Tracie and Paul West in the beautiful Cary Woods neighborhood. Billy Lee of Terra Cotta catering provided the now-traditional turkey enchiladas while Agents and Staff brought enough homemade desserts to sink a ship. As Thanksgiving approaches, we all gave thanks for every customer and client that has been a part of our continued success.

BHHS Preferred Real Estate in Auburn was proud to sponsor a $1,000,000 prize for a hole-in-one at the 6th annual Bruce, Barkley and Basketball Golf Classic held at the RTJ Grand National course in Opelika recently. An opportunity to swing for the big prize was auctioned off at the prior evening's dinner. Contestants gathered on the #8 tee box just prior to the shotgun start. The Official Real Estate Partner of the Auburn Tigers is once again inviting parents and guardians to register their child for a chance to be Auburn Football's Kickoff Kid. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is open to kids ages 5-12 who will run onto Pat Dye Field and retrieve the kicking tee after kickoff.

Recently, the Lee County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR) proudly announced its 2022 Award Winners among the organization’s membership.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate's own Award-Winning Agent, Ryan Roberts, was awarded Lee County REALTOR of the Year for 2022.
