Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate Committed to Community Service and High Level Training
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate agents and staff have continued to show a high level of support for local non-profits in the Auburn-Opelika area. After an active holiday season, where helping others is on the top of residents’ minds, the Food Bank of East Alabama begins to see a slowdown in donations and volunteers. Unfortunately, the need remains strong and Berkshire Hathaway agents rose to the calling and committed to a day of service each month in 2017. Agents and staff participate in loading and unloading of food and supplies, clean-up and any other tasks this vital organization needs. Just one more way that Berkshire HomeServices Preferred Real Estate is connected to their community.
As part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate's continued commitment to training and business growth, Preferred Real Estates’ Broker, Taylor Britton, attended a gathering in Mobile of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Brokers, owners and office managers from across the Southeast. States represented included Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. The day was centered on a high-level round table discussion to share concerns, challenges and solutions amongst peers. The meeting was a rousing success. Cutting edge technology, agent morale, team building, office culture, and utilization of tools provided by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices were all topics addressed. Open and honest communications are a hallmark of the Berkshire Hathaway family and being able to formulate solutions amongst your peers made for a very positive meeting. Taylor was also able to network with other brokerages from the southeast (even making friends with some Bama and LSU fans!). Preferred Real Estate will continue to drive success through training and collaboration.
In addition to Taylor’s summit training last month, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate's Owner and CEO, Stacy Williams Jordan, introduced a new 12-week intensive success training program for agents. This 12-week program is no ordinary sales training. Participants will take a deep dive into sales mastery for REALTORS that includes everything from appointment setting to executing effective real estate closings. The program is based on the “Floyd Wickman Program” and agents that have committed to the program are “All In” for the next 12 weeks. As an added bonus for class participants, we brought in Master Trainer and Floyd Wickman Specialist, Mike Pallin, to their Auburn office for a unique, personalized training for participating agents. Mike has been a student, a soldier, a singer-songwriter, a salesperson, a sales trainer, recruiter, creative director and is now President of the all new Floyd Wickman Team. This is a rare and exclusive opportunity for Preferred Real Estate's agents to learn from the best trainers in the world – a commitment that only Auburn-Opelika’s #1 real estate company can provide.
