Posted June 23, 2015

At their recent Annual Awards Banquet, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate (formerly Prudential Preferred Real Estate) accepted numerous national sales awards recognizing top real estate sales performance in 2014. Most notably, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate in Auburn received the Round Table Award as the #1 office in the South Region for residential units and second place in the South Region for GCI (Gross Commission Income). This is a tremendous accomplishment not only for the local office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate, but also for the Auburn-Opelika real estate industry as a whole.

The agent team of Ryan Edwards and Annie Williams took home an armful of major awards. As Lee County’s #1 Real Estate Team, Ryan and Annie were presented with the PREA 100 Award, which establishes them as one of the top 100 individuals or teams in the entire country with a minimum of $1,000,000 GCI or 100 units. The team also won the Top of the Rock Award, Pinnacle Award, Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award as well as the Prudential Legend 5 Year Award, recognizing their status as Chairman’s Circle Members for the 5th consecutive year.

Also bringing home a Pinnacle award recognizing the top 5 teams and top 5 individuals in a region with a minimum of $1,000,000 GCI or 100 commercial units was Lee Alice Johnson for individual performance and the BHHS Commercial division team of Lee Alice and Bill Moody for the Commercial Division as a whole. Lee Alice also was presented with the Leading Edge Society Award for exceptional sales performance.

Ryan Roberts was presented with the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award for teams or individual agents who attain a GCI of $280,000 or 70 residential units.

Numerous agents were honored with the President’s Circle Award, recognizing individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $185,000 total GCI or 50 residential units. New President’s Circle members include Soohyun Baik, Jay Knorr, Debbie Whitley and Diane Wilbanks.

Recognized for outstanding sales execution are our newest members of the Leading Edge Society, recognizing individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $120,000 residential GCI or 35 units. Congratulations to Debra Cannon, Sallie Deen, Leigh Hester, Amy Smith, Duffy Stewart and Don Wilbanks.

Cyndi Ruscin was inducted into the Honor Society which recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $75,000 residential or commercial GCI or 25 units.

Along with the national top performance awards were several local office awards. The Hustle Award was presented to Alex Acuff. “Need someone to take a referral customer? Alex will help them. Need someone to knock on doors? Alex is your man. No one is trying harder, and no one is willing to try, fail, and then try again until he succeeds more than Alex,” commented Broker, Taylor Britton.

The Team Spirit Award was presented to Debra Cannon. Commented Owner, Stacy Williams Jordan, “Our office has a number of people that are team players. I love our group and am proud of the fact that as a whole we want to see each other succeed. Debra Cannon is truly a team player. She cares for us all unconditionally, and is not afraid to tell us. Whether it is emotional support for a friend going through a hard time or acknowledging a new home listing, Debra is first and loudest in singing her co-workers praises.”

The Always Helpful Award was presented to Bankston Roberts. “Those of us close to Annie and Ryan know what a profound change he has made on their lives,” said Taylor Britton. “He has certainly helped them succeed more in business and is a factor in the awards we just saw. However the positive affect he has had on their sanity is what is amazing. Whenever things get the most chaotic is when he is the most help. That’s not why he is winning this award. He is winning this because of the positive effect on the rest of our sanity he has made. Whenever things get most chaotic, Bankston is willing to help. Any of us. All of us. He is normally quiet and unassuming. Until everything goes haywire. Then he takes the lead - telling us what he will do to ease the situation, or solve the problem. Never telling us what we have to do, or what he needs from us. Never complaining when something is going wrong. Just solving the problem.”

After the Awards Banquet, agents, support staff and family all enjoyed a great time of fellowship and dancing the night away.
