Prudential Preferred Real Estate in Auburn Celebrates Nationally-Recognized and #1 Local Real Estate Sales Team

Recently, Prudential Preferred Real Este and Prudential Commercial Real Estate in Auburn celebrated another winning year of top sales performance with an awards banquet, dinner and dance at the East Lake Clubhouse. Agents, employees, spouses and guests were treated to an elegant dinner and great time of fellowship to recognize their hard work and dedication in 2011. Prudential in Auburn had an overall sales volume for the year that was almost $8,400,000 more than the next closest real estate company – plus an average sale price that was more than $65,000 higher than the next closest volume competitor.
Numerous awards were presented by owner, Stacy Williams Jordan, including The Prudential Honor Society which recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $75,000 residential or commercial Gross Commission Income (GCI) or 25 residential units in 2011. Honor Society members for 2011 were Dawn Radnitz, Debbie Whitley, Jimmy DeVenny and the team of Missy Harris and Jay Knorr.
The Prudential Leading Edge Society recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $120,000 residential or commercial GCI or 35 residential units in 2011. Inducted into the Leading Edge Society for 2011 were Forrest Hamrick and Mike Bedsole.
The Prudential Chairman’s Circle Gold Award recognizes individuals or teams that obtain a minimum $280,000 residential or commercial GCI or 70 residential units in 2011. Honored with the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award at the banquet was Keith Hamrick and Team Ryan Edwards and Annie Williams.
The Pinnacle Sales Professional Award is presented to the top 5 sales professionals for commercial GCI. This year, one of the top 5 commercial agents throughout the national Prudential network is Keith Hamrick. Keith and his team were also presented with the Top of the Rock Award for 2011, which recognizes the number one commercial sales team in each region for commercial GCI. Congratulations to the Prudential Preferred Commercial Team including Keith Hamrick, Bill Moody and Lee Alice Johnson.
