Biography and Background

Mary is like so many of our Agents that make a move to the Loveliest Village and quickly realize what an incredible place it is to call home.

“My family and I moved to Auburn in the summer of 2002 in search of a community where our children would want to raise their children,” explains Mary. “The move to Auburn was one of the best decisions that we ever made. The years that followed were fantastic! Our weekends now included Auburn football games, tailgate parties and toilet paper at Toomers corner - a lot of toilet paper! We made lifelong friends that first summer in Auburn and felt very safe and settled here. We loved everything about our new town and I knew that we had found the place we could call home.”

Mary met Stacy Williams Jordan, Owner and CEO of BHHS preferred Auburn, during a very tough time in her life. “In 2011, my husband of 21 years, Robert, was diagnosed with cancer. During his fight to beat this disease, he demonstrated supernatural grace and strength. He would not say he lost the battle to cancer. Because of his resounding faith and confidence, he said "he won either way". Together we had 4 beautiful children and a million memories in this wonderful town that will forever hold dear to my heart. Stacy encouraged me to pursue a profession in real estate because she heard my heart and saw the need for a flexible schedule for my children. She too, is a mom first and I so respected her for that.”

Between sports, school events and business, Mary and her family are heavily integrated into the community and truly love the people who live and work here. Her main goal is to help others find the perfect home for their family - just as she did so many years ago when first moving to the "loveliest village on the plains".
