From a very early age, Sam's parents instilled a strong work ethic in him. The same work ethic has prevailed through his experience in constructionand renovations as well as his studies in Business Management at Auburn University. The bulk of Sam's experience comes from being a finish carpenter in custom homes on Smith Lake. This experience taught him not only how to build a great house, but how to adapt and be flexible in any situation. He also gained valuable project management and estimating skills that come as an asset for buyers and sellers."I am thrilled to be joining the Berkshire Hathaway team and have been so impressed by the hard-working, goal-oriented and cooperative environment," Sam told us.
